What should I bring to my first class?+
Just yourself and a water bottle! We'll welcome you with a brand-new gi for your free trial class.
What age can my child start?+
As young as 3! Mighty Mites are ages 3–5, Pee Wees 6–9, Juniors 10–13, then Teens & Adults. There's a place for everyone.
I've never trained before. Is that OK?+
Absolutely! Most of our RMA Nolensville family started as beginners. We'll guide you every step of the way.
Can I train at both locations?+
Yes! One membership welcomes you at both our Franklin (Westhaven) and Nolensville academies.
Is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu good for self-defense?+
Yes! You'll learn real, practical skills that work at any size, and we teach them patiently.
Will martial arts help my child's confidence?+
We love watching kids in Nolensville grow in confidence, respect, and friendships, on and off the mat.
