Gabriel Ribeiro

Gabriel Ribeiro has been training in jiu-jitsu since he was three years old and dreams of being a world champion one day. He is a junior coach's assistant and trains over 8 hours per week. Gabe is the 2020 Kids Pan American Jiu-Jitsu Champion representing RMA Jiu-Jitsu. Gabriel trains six times a week and is fully dedicated to his craft. He is one of the competitors and teaches many of the younger competitors at the academy.

Gabriel is present at the academy every day and is always in search of spreading the art of jiu-jitsu. He is genuinely passionate about martial arts and has spread it to many friends and colleagues, creating a community of like-minded young men who want to better their everyday lives through jiu-jitsu. Competing is one of his favorite things about jiu-jitsu. He says, "Competing helps me solve difficult problems at high stakes and makes me able to solve anything that comes my way in everyday life." Jiu-Jitsu has taught him many life lessons that have helped him become who he is today. Gabriel is passionate about jiu-jitsu and is a familiar face at the academy. He tries to be a role model for the young children at RMA because he once was one of them.
